For as long as there have been cats, cats have lived in a strange and ancient forest that seems to hold all of the planet’s elements. The original inhabitants were separated by their differences and became MoonClan, brave and resourceful, NightClan, intelligent and forward-thinking, DarkClan, strong yet somewhat power hungry, and SpiritClan, swift of foot and kind of heart. If these cats remain brave, loyal, and kind, at the end of their days they are sent to meet their warrior ancestors and dwell with them forever in the stars. But what about the cowards, traitors, murderers, and rouges? Where do their spirits go? Enter FireClan, governors of torture and pain, population of the world beneath the Earth. Yet there aren’t enough traitors in the world, and FireClan needs fresh blood. StarClan and the forest clans alike will have to battle to decide if they live, die, or worse. . .
